Mend Emachine eTower 566ir Help Locked Operating

Help, I have locked myself out of my Emachine eTower 566ir?

I do not know my admin. password and I have locked myself out. I do know that the lock is not in the bios. So it must be in the operating system. If anyone can help... please do so.Thank you
