Mend emachine Dvd Will Not Open

DVD RW will not open?

My eMachine desktop W3503's CD/DVD RW will not open when I hit the eject button. It ligts up but will not open.

If you look at the front of the drive you will see a small hole, push a small scewdriver or a thin piece of wire in the hole and it will open.
