Mend Acura Bought Removed Find

horn,acura,integra rs?

i bought this car the guy who had it before me disconnected or removed the horn i need to find where it is for the safety or where it should be

you shouid find the horn near the front of car and also 2 wires that conect to horn simply conect the wires again . also why wouid any one want to disconect the horn ?
