Mend Moffat MSF615 Oven Not Heating Up

OVEN NOT HEATING UP?

PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME WHY MY MOFFAT OVEN MODEL N/O MSF615 IS NOT HEATING UP.

I HAVE POWER TO THE OVEN THE FAN GO,S ROUND BUT NOT HEATING UP.THE THERMOSTATE IS SET TO MAX AND THE RED INDECATOR COMES ON.

ANY HELP WOULD ME MUCH APPRICATED

fan heating element will of blown.remove fan cover in oven cavity to expose element.can be removed from inside oven if you are careful
