How can I fix my LG LCD Colour TV?

i think that there is a backup battery in that tv , thats why when you take out the plug and put it back in , its still the same, because the little backup battery is there to rember the settings, if its unpluged for a wile, its like the little round batters thats in your pc for the clock and the updates, its needs to be remover and put back in again , ( BUT DO NOT TRY THIS OR YOU COULD GET A SHOCK!!!! ) go to the LG web web site , and contact them they have a help email page and they will tell you how to get it back running, take care,,
