Mend Creda 48147S Plus Model

We have been given a Creda Europa Solar Plus (model No. 48147S)?

We have been given a Creda Europa Solar Plus, which we should like to swap for our existing Neff double oven (same size, model no. GB 1056.71 HCS)) as it is newer and has some advantages. But it seems that the Neff with its front vent does not require ventilation of the cupboard space, whereas the Creda has vents at the back.

Do I have to cut ventilation panels top and bottom of the cupboard or is it OK without?
