Mend Creda 48347 Cooker Replacement Wiring

How to wire up an electric cooker controller switch?

I have solved the problem as to how to 'get at' the switch for the halogen ring and have bought a replacement. Unfortunately, it is nothing like the original controller and I have no idea how to connect it. Can anyone help? Creda refuse to help and the cooker is in France where there are no Creda dealers. The cooker is a Creda Concept Solar plus Model 48347
