Mend Hot Water Coming Through Taps

i have no hot water coming through the hot water taps?

basically I have no hot water. The tank is empty and not filling up, what do I do?

have cold water in cold taps but not in hot taps turned water of to put new bath taps put water on but no water through hot taps

Presumably you have a header tank in the loft, that fills the copper cylinder when you draw off hot water? This tank needs to be full - if its not, then the ball float valve is stuck shut and needs to be renewed. No water in this tank means no water at the taps!

see if the ball valve is stuck closed in the header tank. they can become stuck. if its stuck and tank is empty juust give it a little push to see if it'll drop and allow tank to fill.
