zanussi jetsystem 1400?

there is a little drawer on the bottom right at the front of the washer. Remove this when the wsher is empty and clean out. i had the same problem.it was full of coins etc.

On spin cycle the machine made a funny noise and slowed down. On opening the machine the drum seems loose. ie it moves easily if pushed from side to side. Any ideas as to the problem ?.

check the heating element is ok on the back of the tub about 25ohms approx as this could of blown.as for murs answer no harm in checking.



murs e20 is a faulty drain pump or blown triac on pcb or both.if new pump has been fitted then suspect main pcb triac

I have the same system, but getting the error code of E20, which is something to do with the drainage. You need to drain the machine manually with the little hose at the bottom beside the filter. You can also drain by turning the machine off and skip till zero. As long as there isn't too much water in the machine it will allow you to open the door and you could empty by jug and then drain the remainder by the little hose in to a basin. Then check your filter - you will still need some towels to soak up some spillage. Hopefully you will have better luck than I though as my error still won't clear. Some reports suggest it's the sump - which I haven't a clue. So I'm still not sure what to do. Hope you have some joy.
