the monitor light indicator shows green for a second then it quickly turns amber (the power saving color mode) and the key board has no light indicator for numlock ect when i start up my computer

chances are the power unit has gone or the motherboard has,
are there fans running lights on the pc,
More symptoms are needed for a good chance of recovery,
