My msn does not work.Every time I try to connect to it, it says "we were unable to sign you in to .NET Messenger Service, possibly because of a problem with the service or with your Internet connection. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet. 0x81000301." My internet is working fine and I do not know what to do.
Check if your firewall software allows MSN Messenger to communicate. If you are able to allow MSN Messenger full unrestricted access (even if just for a short while.)
