how do i remove the back hot water filter from the machine to check if there is a deposit build up - the hot water is getting through the hose but no into the machine?

turn off the hot tap remove hose from the rear of machine ,look in to inlet hole of machine do you deposits, now using a pair of pliers pull rear ward on the plastic filter case clean out deposits replace filter
