CREATIVE ZEN V PLUS 4GIG---NO DISPLAY?

MY MP3 WORKS BUT HAS NO DISPLAY,,,
CREATIVE WANTS TOO MUCH TO REPAIR AND I JUST MISSED THE WARRANTY.I AM PRETTY HANDY ,I THERE A WAY TO FIX THIS,I HAVE A LOT OF TUNES INVESTED.

There is a reset button on the side of unit I pressed this with a pin holding switch on then pluged into computer it is now working.

Same here, see how may times it skips on lake, lol. I just keep changing the play list it is on. But if i ever lose my play I dought I can get back to it, lol.

i know that problem and the feeling you got when ever you put a eye on creative zen v plus, cause i have in the same condition, have player with dynamic sound BUT no display....................be patient...hold your horses... i think the best way is to buy a used or new accessories from eBay and try to put some engineering on it to make it fix.

funny enough I am in the same boat as I have had my 4gb v pls for just over a year and has broken down, the only advice I can give is don't get another one!!!

I have had the same problem and recieved mine last year and have also just missed the warranty. Can you see the similiarities. I am sorry i have no help but if you have sorted out the problem please could you tell me how? thanks
