how to fix my zen micro?

my zen mico will not turn on or off by the power switch, but it works when i power it from the mains or usb.

bill, mabe the swicht might be burn of it could be that is not connected right. try to open it and connect it back in. first you need to take the top of fron the swicht,headphone and usb cap off, the take out the srews. the were you put the battery, slight if of and push it up. check if is connected.
dont worry, it has no cables.if had one my self, i swicht to an ipod video.
