how to fix my immobilizer(bmw328i)?

this car of mine has been running fine all along, but a couple of days ago,it wont start.As soon as i unlock the door an alarm goes off for about 30 seconds and the car wont start,the engine does not even turn please try to help me ,desperate ronnie.
