Mend SIME Friendly Format 80E Combi Boiler No Hot Water Ignition

How can I fix my SIME Friendly Format 80E Combi?

The situation is this:
No hot water, no on light!
When hot tap is opened there no flame, no fan and the pressure gauge not dropping, Plugs and fuse are fine -
Also topped up water/pressure into system this didn't solve problem either. Can't get flame to light putting heating on or using the ignition button
Can you help?

First think. Check fan for power / has it seized

if you cant get any light or anything out of the boiler ie fan running or pump check there arnt any hidden reset buttons anywhere , the instructions will tell you if there are any if not there may be an internal fuse inside the boiler casing which may have blown these are your first checks after that you will need a multimeter to prove voltage to certain points.
