Mend Neff 1320 Oven Properly Heat

how can i adjust my oven door?

I have a Neff 1320 oven door that just won't close up properly at the top. Heat blasts out so I have to put the oven on at a higher temperature for things to cook right. Can anyone tell me how to adjust the oven door hinges? Please!

no adjustment on the hinges so you may need to replace them if the springs have become to weak to hold the door closed
