Mend De Dietrich DMP50 Properly Hello Bottom

De Dietrich Double Oven Not Working Properly?

Hello,
We have a De Dietrich DMP50 double oven (similar to this one: http://www.leboncoin.fr/electromenager/91368171.htm) that's not working properly.
At first the bottom (small) oven/grill stopped heating, but the fan still works.
Now the top oven won't heat up properly, but will work correctly as a grill.
Can anyone suggest what might be the cause?
