Hi,i have managed to cure my fault,it was the 'turbo boost diaphragm' it causes excess fuel to enter the inlet manifold,you can check if this is the problem by disconnecting the rubber connector hose which runs to by the turbo,blank it off on the injection pump with a little bit of rubber hose with a bolt? plugging the other end up,if this cures the high revving it is the turbo boost diaphragm,they can be changed in situe without removing the pump
