Escort 1.8 diesel van cambelt and cam snapped?

as above cambelt has snapped and also the cam has cracked through in several places.
would his of caused any other damage?
how easy is it to change th ewhole head and do the cambelt timing?

Bad news I am afriad. even if you were ticking over it will be major damage. If you were driving it would cause more.
Its a difficult job, one I could not post on here. Best speak to a mate for mates rates if you can
