Mend Citroen Saxo 1997 Not Working

I have a citreon saxo 1.1L 1997. The heating is not working at all?

Heating not working inside the car. Water levels okay, all hoses etc going into the matrix are hot but no heat coming through. Looking for some ideas what to try next.
