Mend Renault Megane Scenic Brakes Handbrake

What is wrong with my 1997 Renault Megane Scenic brakes? ?

I have a 1997 Megane Scenic and I just put it through its MOT. Everything else is fine but the rear brakes not working.

They are rear drums, and have plenty of meat on the brakes themselves. I have bled the brakes and taken up any slack, the handbrake works perfect but their is nothing from the foot pedal!

I'm at my wits end so am hoping someone will be able to state the obvious to me. Thank you.

check your wheel cyl`s are not seized,let off h/brake adjustment on cable,adjust the brakes up in the drums then re adjust cable,good luck

Check that the load sensing valve isn't seized .
