my silver beko washing machine will not spin?

i have a 6 month old beko washing machine wma 51os, the thing is i have been putting it on a 30 wash as normal then putting it on spin but the clothes are still soaking when i get them out so obviously it is not spinning. it is really driving me mad now!

call the manufacturer out under warranty.max load is 2.5kg on 30 program so are you overloading it like most people do with full loads?.programs 2,3,4 cottons are the only ones to do full 5kg loads on this model
