How do i change the time on my Cannon Cambridge cooker?

I need a user manual as don't know how to change the clock on my Cannon Cambridge cooker?

Cannon Kitchen Appliances, Gas Cookers Time Manual Change

Think it's the same as the Camberley:

Hold down the 'Cook Period' and 'End Time' buttons at the same time and then use the '+' and '-' buttons to change the time.
