my machjie wont drain?

hi sarah,the waste pipe at the back of the machine(have a bucket ready)lower this pipe & the drum will empty as with the machine will not empty, i think the pump is blocked/jammed the pump is located at the end of the waste pipealso please unplug machine before you carry out any kind of work on the machine,there's a filter inside the big black rubber housing at the bottom of the drum,best of luck
