How can I fix the choke on my B&S engine on Toro 8-32 riding mower?

I'm having the same problem, the diagram doesn't really help. Anyone else have advice?

Don't know if you ever got an answer for your question my husband justed fixed ours we have the same mower our model number is a 56150 and serial number 700000-7999999
i went to https://homeownersolutions.toro.com
put in model number and serial number, its operator manual hit purchase but its free the carb is on page 18 of 28 there is a diagram for it thats how my husband knew where the things went
