Loads have people have said send it to the first one but their posts are really old. So I was wondering if this new address is the one I should send it to?

The same happened to mine and am just about to send them back to ghd to see if they will replace or repair. Send to Jamella Ltd, PO Box 397, Keighley West Yorkshire BD20 0WX. Dont know what the outcome will be though.
