How can i fix my oven Indesit FM20KCIXGB?

I HAVE REPLACED THE GRILL/TOP OVEN ELEMENT BUT THE GRILL WILL STILL NOT HEAT UP ENOUGH TO COOK. THE OVEN PART OF THE ELEMENT WORKS OKAY. (THE REPLACED ELEMENT PART NUMBER IS MER081591)

you have fitted correct part, but if you have reconnected one of the wires ito the wrong terminal onelement you will have problems
