hotpoint wma36 pressure sensor?

Is there any way you can test a pressure sensor on one of these. I stripped the machine to replace the drum bearings and seal - now ok, but the washer wont pump out. The pump itself is o.k. - ive hooked it up to a live and it empties out great - so there are no blockages! I've also blown down the pressure tube and got a nice bubbling sound, so all is clear there as well.
Is it possible that i've put the connector with the 3 blue wires in onto the wrong part of the pcb. Ive got them on the bit of the board that says 1 X9 2 but there is one to the left that says 1 X11 2.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!
