You need to remove the timing cover and lock the crankshaft on the left side of the engine as you look at it on tdc with a special pin (or drill bit the correct size.) You will then be able to loosen (not remove)the 3 bolts that hold the I/pump pulley and fit another pin through the injection pump pulley into the pump housing.Make sure that the pin fits into the pump housing quite deeply. You can then correctly line up the pump timing and tighten the 3 bolts on the pulley to the correct torque setting.
