How to find drain on refrigerator?

We have a 10-year odl Kenore model 363.9731517 refrigerator. This summer water is collecting at the bottom, then spilling out. There is a panel over the back of the refrigerator. We cannot find the drain and there is no relevant information in the owners manual. Our assumption is that the drainage system is blocked and needs to be cleaned out.
