Do I replace my Diplomat Fan oven ADP 4520 element from inside or back?

How do I replace the element in my Diplomat fan oven model ADP 4520. Is it possible to replace the element from the inside or do I have to open the back

you have to open the back of the oven to release the element for the grill from memory the oven element release is olso from the back.
