Mend ADT Concord Express Panel Fine Control

No panel display - Battery is Fine?

Both keypads are dead w/no display. It's an ADT system, and the battery in the control box is fine (tested - gives 13v) (ADT system Concord Express?). The outlet where the transformer is is functional and the transformer is hot. ADT says they have not received any signals from us at all. Any ideas, could it be the transformer..Anything else? Many thanks!

No need to answer - Caved in and had a tech come out (good news was $0) - transformer and battery were fine. Power was feeding the board, but nothing coming back out. Thought it was a mother board replacement when we tried a full shut down & reboot. Worked. Be sure to disconnect the battery when pulling out the transformer! Hope this helps someone...
