how do I clean the filter on my dishwasher? indesit idl705?

pull out bottom drawer, there is a weird grey thing near front of dishwasher turn it and pull it out the metal bit that is shaped like a D will come out,then there is 2 white bits that will also come out scrub them all in hot soapy water then rinse off and put back in dishwasher they are easy to do then do them once a month to keep it working properly, hope it works for you
