Mend Hotpoint Aquarius 1000 Load

replacing a load lifter/drum lifter?

I have replaced one of the load lifters/drum lifter in my Hotpoint Aquarius 1000, but half way through the washing cycle it comes un-clipped again.any ideas!

you will need to fit a new one also make sure that the slots in the drum are not lifted as it will make the lifters keep coming off
