No! its sounds to me as if it has run out of hydrogen fuel cells that slot into the back of the Bosch kgu3300.
Ask your local dealer for a new Hydrogen fuel cell and he will show you whare to shove it. You could also upgrade to the Nuclear fuel cells (P39-kgu3300) wich are supposed to last a lifetime.

check that the fan on the inside of the fridge is working sometimes the motors on the fans go as they tend to stick and this will burn out the motor. If it has been making a noise before it stopped letting cold air in, then this is probably whats wrong. ?
