Mend Hotpoint DC28 Dishwasher Lights Water

how do i fix hotpoint dc28 dishwasher?

wash and prewash lights are staying on also water is staying in the bottom dc 28

HotPoint DC28 PRE Wash and Wash light flashing , the engineers (ish)( said it may be a pressure switch ) ? mine did need the filters cleaning out ,but still does not work.?
Check the filters and unplug for while to reset , good luck.
