I can recomend comodo anti-virus and firewall as an excellent free software.

Unless you have the skills and knowledge to write a virus you won't be able to remove one with out anti-virus software. (And a tutorial here is not an option.)

The answer is to get some anti-virus software. You can get very good free software from http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1

Download and run that.
