How can I increase the system pressure on a ferroli Maxima 35c?

How can I increase the system pressure on a ferroli Maxima 35c? The pressure is around 0.6 at the moment and I have no heating or Hot water. Also what is the correct system pressure for this boiler?

I just increased pressure by the filling loop underneath boiler opened the 2 blue taps on it untill pressure reached 1.3. only toook a about 5 seconds. Im hoping this has solved my problem anyway. May increase again to 1.5 will observe it. I also bled my radiators just incase. Any further advice welcome please

the max system pressure for the 35c is 3 bar

The system presure should 1.5 bar ,there will be afilling loop under your boiler connecting the mains water supply to the return pipe.
