Fridge not working-light works?

your auto defrost is possibly faulty.turn off the appliance for 24hr with both fridge and freezer door left open.now restart it and you should find it works ok but as i said above if fault comes back after a short time then your auto defrost could be faulty.air getting into cabinet at back could also be an issue.when you say its just out of 1st yr you might find zanussi will cover it.worth a try to customer care number
