Mend Zanussi zx57/3w Floor Cycle

ice forming in freezer compartment floor after defrost cycle?

zanussi fridge/freezer zx57/3w
The unit is working as normal but when defrost cycle occurs
there is a river of ice in the floor of the freezer compartment
and water comes out of the door seal when opened. The water
is coming from the back where drip tray is situated.
