citreon dispatch speedo &clock not working?

my citroen dispatch van speedo playing up there no light or digital read out and some times the mph needle will be well of speed im doing eg im proberly doin 30mph but speedo reads 65 mph. if i turn ignition on/off a few times this will drop the nedle back to 0 mph

any ideas will be appreciated
