The "tray missing" message comes on, Jura Capresso S7?

Message shows tray missing, but it is not. I can jiggle it and it will eventually show "coffee ready". Is there something I can do to fix. I'm worried I will wake up one day and it will not work at all. No coffee, acckkk..

sounds like the interlock is dirty . It's probably safe to give it a good soaking (unplugged) to get any coffee residue shifted.Give it a good scooshing at the base where the sticky out bit on the tray enters the base.
