How can I get the roller to move on my Hoover Savvy vacuum?
The roller is clean; the motor sounds good but the brush roller won't move. What can I do and how do I access the area where the roller attaches to the motor; I can't figure out how to remove the housing?
Should be 4 screws on bottom and 1 screw under the round hoover sticker(on top). Pull cover off and check to see if belt came off the motor if so put back on shaft and check to see if it works.
