No I mean the grill element on top of oven.

take it you are talking about no heat from main fan oven heating element?.replace element by taking fan cover off inside back of oven cavity.remove 4 screws and remove fan guard.you will now see element.if it has blown you may see evidence or find round element all distorted out of shape.remove all the screws holding the element on and then pull it carefully towards you.the wiring will come through if you are careful.replacing is reverse of above.
