how can i fix my washing mashine?

my washing mashine has stopped filling with water and spines slowley just turning and all the clothes are still soaking wet it is still going through the normal cicle but will not do these things how can i fix this my washer is a service 1000

check the motor brushes and also the water inlet valves, is it pumping out ok?
