Mend Chevrolet APV Fuel Pump Crankshaft Sensor Engine

1993 Chevy Lumina APV Minivan?

Runs for 30 to 40 minutes then shuts off. Have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for it to start up again. I have changed the fuel filter and the ignition coil. The fuel pump sounds like it is working. Any suggestions? Could it be the crankshaft sensor??

I was with gm for 24 years and if it were a guess I would say crank sensor if you know the fuel pump is ok
on some models if you can access cranksensor while its running tap it with a long screwdriver ect and if it shuts off you found it but fuel pump will act the same
