How can i fix my 1300 special edition hoover washing machine?

water is coming inside my washing machine. When the cycle is finished, after a day or so my machine starts to fill up with water. i've even turned the water of at the pipe as soon as the cycle is finished but the machine still fills up with water, a good bucket load. i have cleaned out the rubber pipes inside the washing machine but still it continues. what could it be?
