old elna supermatic runs without pushing pedal. removed guts from foot pedal block and isolated loose wires , plugged in and she still runs! mod No62cl136710

If you have taken the supressor out of the foot control it will cure the problem, if you have done that and it runs on there may be a supressor in the motor itself.
