How do I reattach my drum?

The drum on my washing machine appears to have dropped off it support, Does anyone know of a way to reattach it or ever heard of such a problem happening?

power off. remove top of machine look inside the case has the drum come off the top steady spring mounting, put a block of wood under the drum raise drum with a car jack jack reattach spring.
